Every game you play and every prize you win at the LA County Fair is a chance to spread joy! This year, Carterā€™s Foundation invites you to turn your stuffed animal carnival prizes into heartfelt gifts for children undergoing cancer treatment or hospitalization in Southern California.

These children face daily challenges and uncertainties, and a small act of kindness can make a world of difference in brightening their day. By donating your stuffed animals, you help bring a sense of comfort, joy, and normalcy to kids who need it most. Something as simple as a stuffed animal can bring them a moment of happiness during tough times, reminding them that they are loved and supported by their community.

How to Donate:
ā­ Visit one of our two donation bins, conveniently located next to the Guest Relations booths at the Yellow Gate and Blue Gate.
ā­ Donate your carnival stuffed animal to brighten a childā€™s hospital experience.
ā­ Walk away knowing youā€™ve made a childā€™s day a little brighter.

Carterā€™s Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization on a mission to bring joy and comfort to children facing cancer and serious illnesses across Southern California. Through our programs, we provide children undergoing treatment with a variety of gifts, including toys, games, video game carts, hospital room makeovers, and more. These thoughtful gestures help brighten their days and provide a sense of normalcy and fun, even in the midst of difficult and often isolating battles.

Carterā€™s Foundation is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, meaning every donation goes directly to supporting kidsā€”none goes toward salaries. Our office space is provided at no cost, ensuring that all donations go directly to our programs with no overhead.
